Trish Christian, NCS, LPC, CEAP, has been with COPE since 1986. An Employee Assistance Specialist and licensed clinical nurse, Trish has been doing short-term counseling, management consulting, and training (both delivery and design) for over 20 years. She has extensive experience with financial institutions and private law firms.

Rose Smith, M.A., LPC, CEAP, has been with COPE since 1991. Prior to joining COPE, Rose was a biofeedback therapist for the Neurology Center P.A. in Maryland and a Rehabilitation Counselor and Supervisor for the Maryland State Department of Education. In addition to short-term counseling and mediation, Rose is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management.
