Personalized, confidential, one-on-one counseling
is the heart of COPE's Employee Assistance services, but we help employees
in many other ways, as well. In particular, we can connect employees
to a wealth of information and resources useful in meeting the challenges
associated with balancing work and home life. Some of this information
is available here online, through the links to the left. For instance,
- Our COPElines library includes articles on a wide range of
subjects, from depression to job loss to stress in the workplace.
- Also available online is an interactive "stress test",
and a link to our "enhanced" website with even more
tests, articles, videos and online training.
- And by using the "evaluate us" link, employees can give us a
confidential report card on the effectiveness of our services,
and tell us about ways in which we might improve them.
Almost all large workplaces in the U.S.
use employee assistance services like ours, which are in general referred
to as Employee Assistance Programs, or EAPs. To learn
