Dependent Care Services COPE is able to offer our clients the opportunity to expand Work/Life services already available through the EAP to include enhanced assistance with Child Care and Elder Care needs. For those organizations with our enhanced work/life contract, their employees can personally consult with a child and/or elder care specialist who will conduct a detailed assessment of their needs, provide referrals to specific dependent care providers, and supply written information to clients regarding specific areas of concern (i.e., What to ask your child care provider, How do I know if my aging parent has Alzheimer’s?, etc.). More specifically, COPE, via its strategic relationship with dependent care resource and referral agencies, provides employees and family members with consultation, advice, information and referrals regarding child care, elder care, college planning, and other support services for working parents, caregivers, and family members.
